TelioEV CMS is the Charging management software that is used by Charge point operators and fleet management companies to monitor and optimize electric vehicle charging operations.
It is important for the CMS to be reliable, scalable, and easy to connect to existing systems. The charging sessions of the various charging stations under them.
TelioEV CMS allows organizations to meet the growing demand by installing more charging stations by providing a scalable and manageable platform. Along with that :
Our operations team will work with electrical contractors /suppliers /hardware vendors to select the best power-sharing algorithm for your location and configure the aggregate load for each group of charging stations.
Then the engineering (software development team) will intelligently manage the individual power output of each station (or port) to ensure the maximum load is never exceeded no matter how many EVs plug in.

As a CPO admin, once I log into the CMS, I should be able to see the map, which will show the location of various charging stations once they have been added.
When the charge point operator clicks on the location of the stations, they will be able to see the image of the stations along with other details such as the status of the station, name of the station, type of charger available, type of connectors available, and price per unit.
Charge point operators can raise a ticket in order to inform the admin regarding any issues related to portal, connectivity, payment, mobile application-related issue, or any other query.
They need to select the query from the dropdown menu, add a description of the query and add images related to the query. Click on “Submit” to raise the ticket. The charge point operators can also view a list of tickets raised by them.
The subsequent actions would be taken by the Super admin and the tech team to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Our CMS is built on a hardware-agnostic platform and can connect to any charging station which is OCPP compliant.
Charging hardware manufacturers (OEMs), Fleet management companies, and CPOs.
Yes, Our CMS gives Real-time data to the Operators (CPOs), such as a list of charging stations, port types, revenue generated, and power consumption. It also shows the analytics based on real-time data and reports.
Yes, it does.
As there are various regulations involved that surround these installations are changing rapidly. Multiple hurdles can come up during an installation at a commercial site.
Rest assured that once we partner with you, we take on every challenge and see it through to the end.
Yes, at present, it is done one by one manually for 10 or less than 10 charging stations, but if the number increases, bulk upload is possible for charging sessions.
All the messaging done within our platform is TLS based. We have implemented role-based access to CPOs/network administrators and identity-based authentication.
We don’t store data locally and can implement our solution in the data center of the customer’s choice.
We have a dedicated payment engine that we integrate with our EV charging software solution. The engine handles all billing tasks like user authentication and payment gateway integration.
We also have the capability to implement digital in-app wallets for the end-user to make transactions quicker and easier at EV charging stations.
An EV charging station performs by providing electric energy to an EV battery. The station is connected to the electrical grid which supply various levels of power to the capacity of the battery, depend on the charging rate and the EV’s capacity.
The vehicle is set up into the charging station using a charging cable, which begin the charging process. when the battery is charged to the required level, the charging session stops, and the vehicle can be unclogged.
An electric vehicle charging station is a device used to recharge electric vehicles, such as electric bikes, cars and buses. These charging stations supply electrical energy to the vehicle’s battery through a charging port, typically located on the vehicle’s exterior. They come in various types and charging speeds, ranging from Level 1(120V) is AC slow charging to Level 3, DC Fast Charging, and can be installed in public locations such as parking lots, shopping malls, and rest areas as well as private residences.
The profitability of an EV charging station business depends on various factors such as location, charging rates, and electricity costs. With the increasing demand for electric vehicles, EV charging station businesses have the potential to be profitable in the long run. However, initial investment costs can be high, and competition is increasing. Successful charging station businesses typically offer additional services and amenities to attract customers and maximize revenue.
The profitability of EV charging stations in India is still doubtful due to the relatively low number of EV’s on the road and the high cost associated with setting up and operating charging infrastructure. However, as the number of EV’s increases, the demand for charging infrastructure is expected to grow, creating potential business opportunities.
There are different factors on which the costing of and electric vehicle charging station depends like the charging station brand, charger type, speed of charging, etc. we have three types of charging stations which are –
Electric car charging stations may be located in various settings, including public spaces like parking lots, shopping malls, highway rest stops, and private locations like residences and businesses. Charging station locations vary based on the region and the availability of infrastructure.
Numerous businesses, including TelioEV, ABB, Delta Electronics, Exicom, EV Motors India, Fortum India, and others, offer EV charging solutions. You should do in-depth research depending on your requirements and preferences. Before making a purchase, you should evaluate pricing and features offered by various firms because these might range greatly based on the brand, model, or characteristics. Before making a final choice, you should also take into account other information like installation fees, warranties, and compatibility with your car.
Turn on the location feature on your phone, computer, or other smart device to see where the closest EV charging station is located. However, several internet resources and smartphone applications, like TelioEV, and Tata Power EZ Charge, make it simple to locate EV charging stations in India. These sites let you search for charging stations near you, filter results based on charging capacity and accessibility, and even offer real-time information on station availability and cost. Additionally, discover whether your neighbourhood’s local government or utility provider has an online map or list of charging stations.
Electric vehicle charging stations may be found everywhere, including on highways and motorways, in parking lots for office buildings, shopping centres, hotels, certain residential neighbourhoods and at gas stations. Compared to minor cities, EV charging stations are more prevalent in large cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, etc.
EV charging stations are not universally common. Various EVs use different sets of charging connectors, and there are many other types of charging stations available, known as Level 1, Level 2, and Direct Current fast charging. The most popular charging connectors in work CCS2 and Type 2 connectors in Europe & SAE J1772 and CCS1 in North America. It is key responsibility of EV owners to check appropriate charging connectors of vehicle with the different kind of EV charging station accessible before use.
Maximum no. of the EVs can be used for charging at any charging station which is suitable with the charging connector of the electric vehicle. Some of the electric vehicle’s types have specific necessity and appropriate issues with certain charging stations. It’s essentials to check the vehicle’s guide or manufacturer’s web for advice on which charging stations is suitable with desired EV designs. Further, some of the charging stations may need amount or enrolment earlier, so it’s crucial to check in advance.
No, the majority of EV charging stations aren’t cost-free. The majority of the charging stations are run by commercial businesses that charge a fee for using their infrastructure. The kind and placement of the charging station affect the cost of charging an electric car. Still, compared to cars powered by petrol or diesel, charging an electric car is far less expensive.
Yes, a user can park his car and charge at the same lot. He would be charged as long as he has parked his car, along with the per unit charge consumed. Users would be billed for carrying and parking.
Many EV charging station producers, like TelioEV, ABB, Delta Electronics, Tata Power, etc., provide different home, residential, and retail charging systems with varying speeds and power output options.
In India, qualified electricians or technicians who have received training in setting up and maintaining EV charging equipment often install EV charging stations. Companies that produce and market EV charging stations as well as specialised EV charging station installation businesses provide installation services. Additional installation services for EV charging devices may be provided by some electric utilities.
