TelioEV

EV Charging Network Across Asia

Charging software built for how Southeast Asia charges

Two wheels before four. QR before cards. And a licence that depends on uptime you can prove.

TelioEV runs charging networks, fleets, payments, and billing on one platform. It works with any charger brand, is white-label compatible, and can be hosted inside your country.

We work directly with operators and with white-label partners who take the platform to their own customers.

Built around how this region charges

Singapore

Your uptime record is already in the platform

Every charger carries uptime, fault history and session records. Reports are scheduled rather than assembled. OCPP 1.6J / 2.0.1 and OCPI 2.2 run throughout.

Two-wheelers

Per rider, per vehicle, dozens of sessions a day

Rider and vehicle accounts, prepaid balances and short high-frequency sessions are core to the platform, not customisations. Plug-in charging runs on OCPP today; if you operate swap cabinets, talk to us about connecting them through our APIs.

Payments

Wallets and QR first, cards second

Driver wallets, prepaid balances and local gateway integration sit alongside cards and RFID, and every route settles into the same transaction record.

Dense cities

One building, one supply, many tenants

Load management holds the whole site inside its limit and gets more sessions from the same connection. Access rules and billing keep residents, visitors and fleets separate on the same chargers.

Outside the corridors

Built to keep running when the connection does not

Chargers keep working and reconcile when connectivity drops, and load management works whether the site draws from the grid, solar, a battery or a generator.

TELIOEV ASIA

Built for markets that audit what you promise

Where a regulator can ask for your uptime record, software that only looks good in a demo is a liability.

Security, data and where it runs

Charging data is customer data, and in one of these markets a regulator can ask to see it. Here is how we look after it, and where you get to keep it.
server

Hosted where you need it

Run TelioEV in our cloud, in your own cloud account, or on your own servers inside your country.

security shield

Your data stays in your country

Charging, driver and meter records stay where your regulator requires. Nothing has to leave the country.

suitcase

Encrypted end to end

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and chargers connect over secured OCPP.

user 3

Who did what, and when

Every user has a defined role, and every action in the platform leaves an audit trail.

Powered by TelioQuantAI

Now AI-enabled.*

One AI across your whole operation. It spots faults and fixes them, moves charging into cheaper hours, and plans the depot overnight. You set the limits it works within.

01 AI-enabled charging*

Chargers that heal themselves
Faults predicted from charger signals before drivers notice — most resolved remotely, a technician dispatched only when needed. One morning brief instead of an alert flood.

02Energy management*

The same charging, at a lower cost
Charging shifted into cheap and solar hours, demand peaks trimmed before they spike — solar, battery and generator dispatched as one team.

03Fleet management*

Every vehicle ready by departure
Each vehicle charged to exactly what its trip needs, first-out first — plans redraw when vehicles return late, with battery health guarded on every plan.

04Charging-time commerce*

The 20–40 minute wait, monetised
Drivers wait with time and money. That wait becomes offers, store visits and incremental revenue for the site.

Ask Quant — the platform in plain language*

“Which vans won’t make 6 am?”

“Two. Van 14 is short 18 minutes; it has been moved to the fast charger. Van 9 has a fault; a technician is booked for 5:15.”
