Our operations team will work with electrical contractors /suppliers /hardware vendors to select the best power-sharing algorithm for your location and configure the aggregate load for each group of charging stations.

As a CPO admin, once I log into the CMS, I should be able to see the map, which will show the location of various charging stations once they have been added.
When the charge point operator clicks on the location of the stations, they will be able to see the image of the stations along with other details such as the status of the station, name of the station, type of charger available, type of connectors available, and price per unit.

TelioEV App is useful for identifying EV charging stations near you. It provides real-time information and the status of the EV Charging point. You can reserve and charge your vehicle with ease. The app helps you with navigation from your current location to the desired EV station.
You can track and review your booking history and transaction history anytime from the app. The app has an integrated payment system for recharging your wallet and proceeding with your transaction.
TelioEV supports both Android & IOS.
On the application dashboard, the wallet balance is displayed. Click on the “+”, add your desired amount and click ADD. The page navigates to the Payment gateway, where you can choose one of the modes of payment and recharge your wallet.
The user can call on the Support no. in the TelioEV mobile app or write an e-mail to the support team at support@TelioEV.com.
You can search for charging stations for the Search bar on the App Dashboard. Alternatively, you can click on the Filter ICON on the dashboard, set your search preference, and apply filters to view the Charging stations as desired.
Yes, a user can park his car and charge at the same lot. He would be charged as long as he has parked his car, along with the per unit charge consumed. Users would be billed for carrying and parking.
