FAQs for TelioEV CMS
TelioEV CMS is the Charging management software that is used by Charge point operators and fleet management companies to monitor and optimize electric vehicle charging operations.
It is important for the CMS to be reliable, scalable, and easy to connect to existing systems. The charging sessions of the various charging stations under them.
- Improve your Customer Experience 10x
- 360-degree view of your EV Charging Network
- Enable Interoperability & Adoption
- Highly Secured Network
- Faster rollout of Products & Services
- Highly agile & Open Standards
Our operations team will work with electrical contractors /suppliers /hardware vendors to select the best power-sharing algorithm for your location and configure the aggregate load for each group of charging stations.
Then the engineering (software development team) will intelligently manage the individual power output of each station (or port) to ensure the maximum load is never exceeded no matter how many EVs plug in.
As a CPO admin, once I log into the CMS, I should be able to see the map, which will show the location of various charging stations once they have been added.
When the charge point operator clicks on the location of the stations, they will be able to see the image of the stations along with other details such as the status of the station, name of the station, type of charger available, type of connectors available, and price per unit.
You can always get in touch with our Sales team, who will be more than happy to help you understand the requirements and provide a proper solution.
Charge point operators can raise a ticket in order to inform the admin regarding any issues related to portal, connectivity, payment, mobile application-related issue, or any other query.
They need to select the query from the dropdown menu, add a description of the query and add images related to the query. Click on “Submit” to raise the ticket. The charge point operators can also view a list of tickets raised by them.
The subsequent actions would be taken by the Superadmin and the tech team to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Our CMS is built on a hardware-agnostic platform and can connect to any charging station which is OCPP compliant.
Charging hardware manufacturers (OEMs), Fleet management companies, and CPOs.
Yes, Our CMS gives Real-time data to the Operators (CPOs), such as a list of charging stations, port types, revenue generated, and power consumption. It also shows the analytics based on real-time data and reports.
All the messaging done within our platform is TLS based. We have implemented role-based access to CPOs/network administrators and identity-based authentication.
We don’t store data locally and can implement our solution in the data center of the customer’s choice.
Our solution is OCPI 2.2 compliant.
This protocol implementation allows us to provide the customers of our clients the ability to access all EV charging networks that are OCPI compliant, charge their EVs, and make payments seamlessly.
The settlement between partner networks is done behind the scenes automatically with no discrepancies at the end-users node.
We have a dedicated payment engine that we integrate with our EV charging software solution. The engine handles all billing tasks like user authentication and payment gateway integration.
We also have the capability to implement digital in-app wallets for the end-user to make transactions quicker and easier at EV charging stations.
